Refund policy

Return Policy: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund on eligible items. All custom or personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached and no signs of wear, including (but not limited to) makeup, deodorant, pet hair, stains, odors, or damage. Returns that do not meet these standards will be refused. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective. Damaged or defective items must be reported within 3 days of delivery with photo proof in order to qualify for a replacement or resolution.
